Team roles and permissions

You can easily invite other participants to your project. Certain roles require PRO licence, or can be used within the 3 days free trial period. You can select the access level which you wish to give to the members in the project:

Project owner:

• creates the project
• has access to every part of the project and can edit, invite, delete everything
• can delete the project
• available free for 3 days or unlimited number of projects with PRO licence

Project admin:

• has equal access to everything the Owner has
• can NOT delete the project
• available free for 3 days or unlimited number of projects with PRO licence

Technician:

• can edit, delete all the devices in the layout
• can edit, delete and add new floor, rooms, doors and windows
• has access to the technical documentation
• available free for 3 days or unlimited number of projects with PRO licence

Designer:

• can edit, delete all the devices in the layout
• has NO access to the technical documentation
• available free for 3 days or unlimited number of projects with PRO licence

Guest:

• has ‘read-only’ access to the project
• can be part of unlimited number of project
